- Booking and service information: requested service, appointment details, communications, signed agreements and information reasonably needed for flight eligibility, safety or weight-and-balance planning.
- Training and compliance records: pilot experience, certificate information, TSA/citizenship verification status and other records required for flight training or operations.
- Payment information: transaction and payment-status information. Full card details are generally handled by the payment processor rather than stored by us.
- Technical and analytics information: IP-derived location, browser/device information, pages viewed, traffic source and interactions such as phone, text, email or booking-link clicks. Website hosting, security providers and Google Analytics may process this information.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, schedule and provide services, process payments, maintain safety and training records, comply with FAA, TSA, tax and other legal obligations, prevent fraud and protect our customers, aircraft and business.
When information may be shared
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, communications, scheduling, payment processing and business operations; with instructors, contractors or aircraft owners involved in providing the service; or when required for safety, insurance, legal compliance or a valid government request. Third-party marketplaces and services have their own privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information. The website uses Google Analytics 4 for first-party site measurement and does not use advertising pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled in the site configuration.
Cookies and browser signals
Our hosting, security and analytics providers may use cookies or similar technology to deliver and protect the website and measure visits and interactions. The current website does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” signals because it does not conduct cross-site behavioral advertising.
Retention and security

Children
This website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian must participate in bookings and agreements for a minor when required.
