These website terms supplement—not replace—the service-specific agreements, waivers and disclosures presented when you book or participate.
Website information
Website content is general information and may change. It is not flight instruction, legal advice, medical advice, a weather briefing or a guarantee of certification, completion time, cost, route, flight duration or availability.
Bookings and payment
A request is not confirmed until accepted through the applicable booking process. Prices, availability and payment requirements may change before confirmation. Bookings made through a marketplace or third-party service are also subject to that provider’s terms.
Operational and safety authority
The pilot in command and Accelerated Flight Academy retain final authority over the aircraft, participants and all operational and safety decisions. Flights may be delayed, shortened, rerouted, rescheduled or canceled because of weather, aircraft condition or availability, air traffic control, weight and balance, participant eligibility, safety or other operational conditions.
Participant responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking, eligibility, passenger and weight information.
- Bring requested identification and arrive at the instructed time.
- Follow instructor and safety directions.
- Disclose any condition or impairment that may affect safe participation.
- Complete required agreements, acknowledgments and signatures before participating.
Passengers, rescheduling and refunds
Passenger approval is subject to aircraft capacity, weight-and-balance and safety limits. Rescheduling, cancellation and refund rights are governed by the terms displayed for the specific booking channel, the booking confirmation and any signed agreement. Safety- or weather-related changes will be handled under those applicable terms.
Customer agreements
Flight activities may require a signed waiver and release, medical-fitness statement, student or rental agreement, photo authorization and other service-specific documents. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement for a particular service, the signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property and third-party links
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding and original photographs belong to Accelerated Flight Academy or are used with permission. Third-party links are provided for convenience; those services control their own content, accessibility, privacy and terms.
